The brochure was published when Richter received the Emperor's Ring in Goslar in 1988.
Richter took the blurry photographs in Goslar solely for use in this brochure. The last two images on page 18 are based on police photographs of the arrest of Holger Meins, member of the Red Army Faction, in Frankfurt am Main in 1972.
