Black offset print on ivory paper (printed on both sides), fixed on white cardboard.
Based on an illustration from the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. The photograph was taken by physicists at Augsburg University. Richter's print is a slightly enlarged reproduction of the newspaper clipping.
100 copies, signed and dated in graphite pencil at top left, numbered at bottom left.
20 copies, signed and dated graphite pencil at top left numbered in Roman numerals at bottom left.
6 trial proofs (three of these printed on the front only), no cardboard, paper size 50 x 40 cm, signed and dated in graphite pencil at bottom right on the sheet underneath the printed motif, marked Probe at bottom left underneath the printed motif.
