Based on the 1989 painting Squatters' House [CR: 695-3].
The house depicted is one of the most famous squats in Cologne's Ludolf-Camphausen-Strasse 36, which is close to Richter's old studio in Bismarckstrasse.

10 copies, signed and dated in graphite pencil at bottom right, numbered in Roman numerals at bottom left.
10 trial proofs signed and dated in graphite pencil at bottom right, marked Probedruck or Druckprobe at bottom left.
1 trial proof signed, dated and marked Druckprobe in graphite pencil on the image at top left. The print was cut out and glued onto white cardboard (64.3 x 81.7 cm).
