'Deutschland 8' assembles works by 50 contemporary German artists that will be displayed at several venues in Beijing and the Forbidden City (Taimiao Temple, National Art Museum of China, CAFA Art Museum, Today Art Museum, Beijing Minsheng Museum, Red Brick Museum, Yuan Art Museum, Prince Gong's Mansion). Works by Richter will be displayed in the Taimiao Temple in the Forbidden City as part of the exhibition 'Traces of Memory - Masterworks of Contemporary German painting'.
