Each of the 100 works from the Snow White edition (2005) is unique. To create them, Richter applied acrylic paint and pencil onto offset prints of details of his Abstract Painting [CR: 890-5] from 2004.
100 copies, signed, dated and numbered in pencil.
An additional 30 unique prints (approx.) were made, each with pencil drawing, dated and signed in pencil at bottom right or bottom left, each print with different date.
A publication entitled Gerhard Richter: Snow White, featuring all 100 images from the edition, was published by Wako Works of Art, Tokyo, in 2006.
